We are Generation Z.
We are TukoKadi.

A youth-led, non-partisan movement demanding accountability from elected leaders through the power of the RED CARD.

“If they promised and failed —
We give them a RED CARD.”

Our mission is to transform voting from tribal loyalty to evidence-based accountability. No more empty promises. No more second chances.

Our Story

TukoKadi was born in late 2024, when a group of young Kenyan developers, researchers, and activists realized that despite elections every five years, the same failed leaders kept coming back.

We saw billions in constituency funds mismanaged. We watched campaign promises evaporate. We heard "we shall deliver" — then nothing.

Gen Z decided: enough. We built TukoKadi as a digital weapon — a platform to track every promise, verify every failure, and mobilize millions to issue a RED CARD to underperforming leaders.

Today, we are over 1.2 million strong and growing. No political funding. No tribal allegiances. Just facts, evidence, and the ballot.

Our Principles

Youth-Led

70% of Kenya is under 35. We are not the future — we are the now. Young people built TukoKadi and young people run it.

Non-Partisan

We don't support any party or candidate. We only track promises vs. delivery. Red Card is for failure — regardless of tribe or party.

Evidence-Based

Every verdict is backed by public records, budget documents, audit reports, and verified citizen reports. No rumors, no propaganda.

No Political Funding

We take zero shilling from politicians, parties, or government. Our funding comes from small donations by young Kenyans.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this legal?

Yes. Voting is secret, and pledging not to vote for a leader is protected free speech. Red Card is a civic pledge, not an official electoral sanction.

Who funds TukoKadi?

No politician money. We are funded by small donations from young Kenyans. All finances are published transparently.

Can a leader change their verdict?

Yes! If a leader starts delivering on previously broken promises, we review and can change from Red Card to Green Card.

Is my report anonymous?

Absolutely. You can submit reports without any personal information. We never share identities.

How do you verify promises?

We cross-check with budgets, audit reports, Hansard (parliamentary records), media, and multiple citizen reports.

What if I disagree with a verdict?

Submit evidence! We welcome counter-evidence and review every challenge within 14 days.
