Important legal notices about our platform
On this page
Voting remains a secret, constitutionally protected right. TukoKadi does not replace or override any electoral laws or processes. The Red Card represents the collective voice of citizens demanding accountability, not an official disqualification of any candidate.
1. General Information
The information provided on TukoKadi (tukokadi.org) is for general civic education and accountability purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information contained on the website.
Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We encourage all users to verify critical information from official sources before making voting decisions.
2. No Legal or Professional Advice
The content on this site is not intended to constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice tailored to your specific situation.
Nothing on this website creates an attorney-client relationship or any other professional relationship. If you need legal advice regarding electoral matters, please consult a licensed attorney.
3. Leader Verdicts
Red Card, Green Card, and Under Review verdicts are based on TukoKadi's independent research using publicly available sources. These verdicts represent our analysis and do not constitute official findings by any government body, electoral commission, or court of law.
Important considerations:
- Verdicts are based on available evidence at the time of review
- New evidence may lead to verdict changes
- Leaders may disagree and have the right to appeal by submitting counter-evidence to review@tukocadi.co.ke
- We review verdicts periodically and update as needed
If you are a leader who believes a verdict is inaccurate, please submit counter-evidence to review@tukocadi.co.ke. Our independent review committee will evaluate your submission within 30 days.
4. Citizen Reports
Citizen-submitted reports are reviewed by our team but may contain inaccuracies. While we verify reports to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee that every report is 100% accurate or complete.
Report Policy
- Reports are reviewed within 7-14 days
- We require evidence to verify reports
- Reports deemed false or malicious may be rejected
- Repeat offenders may be banned from submitting reports
- You may appeal a rejected report by contacting us

6. No Affiliation with Political Parties
We are not affiliated with any political party, candidate, or government entity. We do not accept funding from politicians or political parties. Our sole interest is holding all leaders equally accountable regardless of their party affiliation, tribe, or region.
Verdicts are based solely on promise-keeping performance, not political alignment. A leader from any party can receive a Red Card, Green Card, or Under Review verdict based on their delivery record.
